Hi,
I have setup a private instance on a VM (windows 10).
i have noticed that when i access my webpage on a test server, it only shows HTML. but when i try to test this same webpage on http://www.webpagetest.org, it shows css, js and other.
Also,
i cannot see a video and speedindex when testing on my local wpt.
Can you help me on this one? thank you
