My site speed was perfect until I add advertise. Now, my site speed is not upto the mark.

I can not remove the advertisement. Any suggestions to improve the site speed?

Advertisements are notorious for killing page complete time. Whatever you can do to make them loaded asynchronously, so they're not impacting time to interactive or speed index would help.
