Just visually with the filmstrip view, not a data comparison (yet - it's something I'm working on now).

You would have to do most of the automation yourself using the API (which has pretty low usage limits but would work for a page or two) or run a private instance. With a private instance you could also run WPT Monitor which would let you trend the data over time.
