Need explanation on test results

Hi there all, I am facing difficulties in understanding test results.

For example, I see that my website here below has received positive results but is tremendously slow in loading. On the contrary, the second screenshot shows that this other website has bad test results but is tremendously faster.

Can somebody explain this to me? Thanks!
