Add Server Name to CSV output

When running a test from the website front end, can we get the server name "Tester:" and the location information "From:" added to the "Raw page data"; the CSV output?

It would be greatly helpful when sorting and collating the data in a database. If there is already a way to do this, I apologize for asking the question as I did not see it.

I see, from another post, that I can add the "tester" and "from" information by doing custom queries using the WebPagetest API. So, I suppose this post/thread is a bit of a moot point as the data is available already - just not in the CSV file..

However, personally, I think it would still be nice to have this information in the default WebPagetest frontend CSV export.
