problem obtaining API key?

Hi, I used this page to request an API key: https://www.webpagetest.org/getkey.php

but, it has been a couple of days, and no email reply. is this service still available, and if so, what would be a reasonable amount of time to wait?

When it works the email should go through immediately. Email me at pmeenan@webpagetest.org from the address you used to register and I can send you the validation link manually.
