Raw_Test_Result Key Required

If possible can some one send me the key to summary.csv. I have read the book and seen the resources on the website but unfortunately I could not find meaning to these fields.

Also what would cause an test to have all of it’s cpu.___ fields left blank. (it was not often but it did happen, I cross referenced the result field for errors it was 0, I tried to look other fields but all seem normal to me)
