API doesn't tell which location has API support

ShowSlow has troubles with calling Frankfurt IE8 location using API - it replies that API support for location is not enabled:

400 (API Automation is currently disabled for that location.)

Unfortunately, there is no way to tell which locations have API enabled so I can remove it from drop-down users use to pick a location.

How do I go about resolving this issue?

Sorry, fixed. That was a hold-over from before issuing API keys. The Frankfurt location was getting hamered so I disabled automation on it. Now that keys have been deployed I removed the block.
