Best Wordpress Plugin to Speed Up Site?

Hello everyone,

Can anyone recommend a good Wordpress plugin to speed up page loading?

My site http://webconnectors.com is hosted at godaddy.com and seems to load rather slowly. I have deleted several plugins that I no longer used in the hope that that would speed things up, but no such luck.

W3 Total Cache is the best one that I'm aware of - http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/w3-total-cache/

It gives you a lot of knobs to turn and requires some manual configuration but it can help implement a lot of the typical optimizations (as well as adding caching to several layers to help with first-byte issues)
