How do you rate the results & any ways to further improve?

I don't provide paid services but there are a lot of WPO consultants that do (Web Performance Optimization). Quite a few of them hang out here though it might be worthwhile to also post in the help needed forum and ask them to PM you: http://www.webpagetest.org/forums/forumd...php?fid=20

Looking at a test result, it does look like you need to get the back-end under control before spending much time looking at anything else: http://www.webpagetest.org/result/130806...2/details/

A quick improvement would be to figure out why javascript on the page is redirecting to /index.php and eliminate that. That would get rid of one of the super-expensive back-end calls and should be a lot cleaner in general.
