mobitest agent issue(ios and android)

I tried mobitest on my server and agent.But i've got some problem,can someone help me?

1. for ios agent, it works fine.But the screenshot is blank.
2. for android agent, i always get the "no entries" error,when zip the result.

Help me, please.Thanks a lot
